Our online training service gives you access to our dedicated experienced coaching team giving you the flexibility around your training with the aid of our support. The service will benefit self-motivated individuals who know their way around a gym and are committed to work alongside Tallis Fitness by providing continuous updates on their progress. Whether it be a complete fresh start, or slight adjustments to your already detailed program to take you to that next level of training, we are here to help.

MY OWN PERSONAL JOURNEY

Going blind into my own journey reading the never ending ‘short cuts’ to losing weight I know how it feels to be overwhelmed by the amount of contradiction and content on techniques and fads. This is where after succeeding in reaching my personal goals I decided there must be a way of helping others achieve their goals. After setting and achieving more personal goals including muscle building, endurance and sport specific fitness I have developed a great understanding for each aspect leading me to evolve and establish the FIT plan methodology.

My own journey began at 18 when I was struggling with my weight and confidence as I had done for many years!

Over 7 years later…sustaining as well as achieving new goals and enjoying sharing my experiences the good and the bad!

Fred has helped me get my mojo back and be in the best shape of my Adult life! I complete Fred’s 12 week complete body transformation which resulted in me changing my life style. He not only helped me achieve incredible differences but also educated so I could sustain and progress even further. I now online train due to hectic work life but he continues to impress me with his knowledge and motivation to help.
